かなもも紹介

かなももブログを読んでくださりありがとうございます。
このブログでは二人の障害がある子を育てる
かなももの日常と感じたこと、
育児の中で学んだことなどをつづっていきます。

はじめに、
かなももの紹介をいたします。

鈴木かなもも（３８）
愛知県三河地方在住

家族　夫　息子　娘　（ともに重度知的障害+自閉症）

職業　ヨガインストラクター　スピリチュアルカウンセラー

ヨガインストラクターは主に福祉施設や発達障害を抱える人に
向けて提供中。小さなスタジオも借りて活動をしています。

スピリチュアルカウンセリングは
主にZoomのオンライン鑑定をしています。
最近は対面を希望される方も多いです。
活動3年目。


私がこの働き方を確立していったのは
まぎれもなく障害がある子供たちの影響です。

自閉っ子の育児は
私の人生にまぎれもなく大革命を起こしました。

それは良いこと、と捉えていますが
現実問題として生活をどうこなしていくのか
二人を社会に送り出すまでに
どうやって一人前に育てていこうか

日々悩みながら相談しながら
ぐちゃぐちゃ葛藤しながら育児をしています。

育児だけでなく
自分自身の人生観も大きく見直しました。

私が今のところ大きなテーマとしていきついたものは

「母親が輝けば子供も輝く」

ということ。


だから自分自身のことも
きちんとケアして大切に扱って
心と向き合って
子供と一緒に成長できたら

こんなに良い事ってないんじゃないかと
思っています。
